Seller Eligibility

The use of our platform is available only to people who can form legally binding contracts. Persons who are incompetent to contract including minors, undischarged insolvents, etc. are not eligible to register as a seller. A minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, shall not register as a seller, transact or use our platform. UCM reserves the right to terminate the registration and/or deny you the access to the website if it is brought to our notice that you are a minor and not eligible to register as a seller. If you register as a business, you represent that you are duly approved by the business entity to accept the Terms and Conditions.

Seller Obligations

During the course of use of our website, you accept to provide the data and information required by us from time to time. As a seller, you will be obliged and responsible for upholding confidentiality of this data and information, as well as your credentials including display name, username and password. You agree that if you provide any data or information that is fallacious, erroneous, out-dated or partial or we have rational grounds to suspect any of that are not in accordance with the Terms & Conditions, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account or indeterminately block you from accessing the portal.
